A pilot who's also the son of a female U.S. senator and who's attached to a team of SEAL dies during a mission, resulting in Harm being assigned to investigate despite the senator's misgivings and also her strong determination to place the blame on the SEAL team who she personally believes are responsible but Harm and Admiral Chegwidden soon find out that the real cause of the pilot's death lies elsewhere.
