Major Henry West and his soldiers used L7A2 GPMGs against the Infected while holding up at the Worsley House, and they were mounted on the Land Rover the soldiers used. There was also at least one L7A2 mounted among the defences outside the Worsley House, which Corporal Mitchell used to gun down attacking Infected.
