The Frozen Porgy is an item in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a curative item that restore Link's health by refilling one Heart Container. It also grants Level 1 Heat Resistance during 1 minute. Link can obtain Frozen Porgy by freezing either an Armored Porgy or Mighty Porgy when he exposes it to extremely cold temperatures, shoots it with an Ice Arrow or hits it with an ice element weapon.
