Sergeant Dick Leakey (AKA:The Rooster) is a character in Beavis and Butt-head. He is a soldier in a recruiting office who tries to convince Beavis and Butt-head to join the army in "Be All You Can Be." He appears in the Sega Genesis game. Though, he allows the duo to take bombs for free, from his station, he will kill them, by blowing them up, with bombs in his pocket, if they take his government file folder. Said folder has a GWAR ticket piece, underneath. He is afraid of snakes, always ducking and covering his head, at the mere sight of one.
