Lena Foscol was an accountant working for Waste Heat Management in the Serifosa branch of the Komarr Terraforming Project. She was also a shareholder among the group that was plotting to collapse the Komarr-Barrayar wormhole. She'd fought in the Komarran Revolt when she was young, and witnessed the Green Park Dome outgassing. Middle-aged, with frizzy gray-blond hair, she had bitter opinions of the Barrayarans who'd conquered her planet.
