German submarine U-737 was a Type VIIC U-boat of the German Kriegsmarine built for service during World War II. Her keel was laid down on 14 February 1942 by F. Schichau of Danzig. She was commissioned on 30 January 1943 with Ltn. Wolfgang Poeschel in command.
