The North Capital Commonwealth (known more commonly as North Capital, NCC, or simply North) was a semi-sovereign state on the UNSC colony world Taradia, which may also be referred to as the Federated Commonwealth of Taradia. The most populous of the planet's twenty-one provinces, it is subject to the planet's central government, which in turn reported to the United Nations Directorate's Colonial Administration Authority; it is worth noting that the latter of the aforementioned organizations was previously under ultimate control of the now-obsolete Unified Earth Government.
