Mohammed was a former soldier and selling weapons in the Street of David in Jerusalem. His shop was beside the Jaffa Gate right under Mari's apartment. He was closing his shop and about to leave when King Arthur entered the city, only to have his purse stolen by the Thief. To remedy his loss, Mohammed bought from Arthur his mule and left.
