In The Death of Steve, Steve was killed by Pawprint's lazer. When he died he went to CDNuggets Heaven, and met the CDNuggets god who gave him a Cheese. CDNuggets is the company that made Blue's Clues, so the filmmakers made CDNuggets a heaven. He is either played by Austin Hucko or Dallas McKennon.
