The Kaeru Kaeru no Mi (変える変えるフルーツ, Alter Alter Fruit) is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants the user the ability to alter the molecular build up of any non-living matter. The user can forcefully shapeshift any non-living (including food) matter into any other non-living matter they desire. In a sense, the user of this fruit can also "make anything materialize out of thin air", by swiping their hands through the air and re-arranging the molecular build up of the air to be the molecular build up of a weapon (and so on). So, along with changing any matter into any other matter (forceful shapeshifting, i.e. chaging the molecular build up of a cement floor to become magma), the user can also essentially create objects out of air (or turn things into gas/liquid).
