Tsujii Takashi, 辻井喬, (March 30, 1927 - ) is a Japanese author and poet, and the pen name of Tsutsumi Seiji,堤清二, a major business leader. Tsujii is the son of Yasujiro Tsutsumi, founder of the Seibu Railway company and a long-serving member, and eventually speaker, of Japan's House of Representatives. He was born in Tokyo and, after receiving his degree in economics from the University of Tokyo in 1951, began work as a secretary to his father. He took on a series of executive roles, culminating in corporate leadership, including serving as chairman of the Saison group of companies, whose brands include Seibu Department Stores, Seiyū supermarket, Wave (a music shop), Parco (shopping complex), Muji(a variety store) and Loft (a variety store).His fortune was more than 70 billion dollars in 198
