Disco Tango was the winning song in the Danish round of Eurovision Song Contest in 1979, sung by Tommy Seebach. The song ended up being number 6 at the Eurovision Song Contest that year. Michael Elo was one of three backup singers on the song at the Eurovision Song Contest. Tommy Seebach's son Rasmus Seebach used a new version of the song to end his concerts on his 2010 tour in Denmark Elmo, Signe and the letter "D" danced to a recording of the song on Sesamgade episode 17.
