Kjell was, until recently, a Centurion in the Fifth Legion. With the the formation of the Nineteenth, the call went out to all potential sub-commanders who might be willing to join. Most stopped cold when hearing that the untested house Anselm was to be leading. Kjell, however, took up the challenge without a second thought and became the Colonel of the Nineteenth.
