Kirin Tsurizai (釣り歳麒麟, Tsurizai Kirin) is a Jōnin hailing from Takumi Village who is known as the due to his particular proficiency with a certain Space–Time Ninjutsu technique. He is one of the closest confidants to Yoshihira, the Village Head, and a loyal member of the Takumi Sentinel. Prior to this, he acted as his superior's official guardian and parental figure, considering Yoshihira's father's loyalties. Nevertheless, he is a great boon to the village's military force and one of their strongest Shinobi.
