Hayashi Volkov was a human male Admiral in the Republic Navy. He was the father of Meiji Volkov, who ended up becoming an ace pilot in the Imperial Navy. He retired shortly after the Clone Wars ended, but was drafted into the Stormtrooper Corps and was killed in action during the Minos Cluster counter-piracy champaign in 1 BBY.
