Jeong Hynu-Su was a male Commodore in Starfleet in 2268, when he served on the board of peers court martialing Commodore Diego Reyes on Starbase 47 in the Taurus Reach, for the latter's illegal release of classified information through the Federation News Service. He was described as a 'weathered Asian man, who peered at Reyes over a pair of anachronistic rimless eyeglasses.' The trial board was headed by Judge Advocate General Admiral Gillian Moratino, and also included Admirals Franklin Komack and Alejandro Perez.
