President Nightmare is a cruel, nasty dirtbag who hates smashers and massacures them and sends robots to enslave their loved ones. He usually just acts dumb and steals money from aristocrats and beats them up all the time. the dirtbag only favors his millitary and made his rule a millitary domanant rule. He usually yells at his men and his goons. Other than that he's just acts dumb.
