File:FFXI Refresh Status.png Refresh is a beneficial status in Final Fantasy XI that causes MP to be recovered each tick. It is related to but distinct from other statuses that increase the Refresh stat, such as Ballad and Embrava, and stacks with them all. The most common way to obtain Refresh status is by having a Red Mage cast Refresh or Refresh II. Other ways include casting the Blue Magic Battery Charge, using juice-type Food, the Enchantment of the Refresh Musk equipment, and obtaining Refresh Field Support in Fields of Valor or Grounds of Valor.
