X-Ray Four is a member of X-Ray Squad who appears in Resistance: Fall of Man. X-Ray Four was found dead in an alleyway in Thames and a radio transmission can be heard from his radio equipment, in which the radio operator was trying to contact him and had sent X-Ray Six to recover his body.
