Kelvin Brian Martin (born May 14, 1965 in San Diego, California) is a former professional American football wide receiver in the National Football League who was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round of the 1987 NFL Draft. He graduated from Boston College and played in ten NFL seasons from 1987 to 1996 for the Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks, and Philadelphia Eagles.
