Victor is the minor antagonist who appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. He is the argumentative owner of the Thug Tug. He first appears when he notices a bubble which SpongeBob and Patrick blew and his patrons anounce the rules of the bar: All bubble blowing babies will be beaten senseless by every able bodied patron in the bar.
