The minotaur emperor resides on the lowest level of the Minotaur Maze. He has very powerful melee attacks (usually four to six per turn, depending on the PC's speed), and is best engaged from a distance with spells or missiles. He is always guarded by four minotaur mages. Note that a wish for "minotaur emperor" will instead result in a horde of hostile minotaur kings being summoned.
