During the 10 day waiting time of the Cell Games, Cell began making children. These children however, weren't like the Cell Jr.'s. They started in purple, spiky eggs, then grew into the mini forms until reaching its first form. They commonly remain that way unless they absorb something so powerful (such as a synthetic Android) that allows them to ascend to Semi-Perfect Form. Then, they must absorb another to reach the Perfect Form. If they keep absorbing or reach a near-death experience, they may reach the Super Percect Form. Unlike Cell, however, they can only make copies of themselves, no Cell Jr.'s.
