Gogok of Swiftness is a Legendary Gem in Diablo III. It can only be socketed into Amulets and Rings, and drops from Greater Rift Guardians. This gem makes each attack that hits an enemy grant increased Attack Speed and dodge chance, stacking until maximum and refreshing all stacks on each application. Upgrading only increases the dodge chance gained.
