Kijari Beregal was the chief medical officer aboard the ISS Descent. She was young for a doctor, but she was also extremely clever and quick-witted. She had an acute ability to learn faster than average. She was also a bit sociopathic, and obsessed with efficiency. Kijari joined the Descent from a posting at Terok Nor (mirror), in February 2383.
