Based on the concept of the Galactic Empire's Sub-Adult Group, the Sith Youths, was the Sith Order of Decreto's answer to the high rate of undisciplined young adults joining the Sith army following the Successors War. Exceeding two trillion members by the height of the the Sith Empire, and was made up of enthusiastic youths who firmly believed in the Sith Order of Decreto, and the Imperial Armed Forces. When the members of the Sith Youths came of age, and were properly indoctrinated, they would officially join the ranks of the Imperial Armed Forces, or in some cases StarFleet Command.
