The Death Watch Overlord is the Boss of the Death Watch Bunker, he can be found in two places in the Bunker: * Static spawn is inside the Mines (31 on the Map) * Second one can be found when completing the Imperial quest (28 on the Map). You gain a Badge if you kill him. He will always drop the Jetpack Stabilizer, a component for the Jetpack.
