A Lord Ordiance is an decree issued by the Lord of Meagan Mascrena. These Ordiances, when apporved by the Parilament and signed by the Counselor, become law. Ordiances can grant charters to companies and cities, issue civil stamps and postage, issue bills of credit, or coordinate government regulatory actions.
