Confederation of Banking Clans was created by the multiple banking clans of the galaxy at the beginning of the New Clone Wars. Having been wronged by Samuel Harmon, they were ready to force him to submit to their demands and reinstate their funding, which had been severally cut. They failed, and were annihilated.
