Tob Hornblower was a Hobbit of the Shire and a member of the Hornblowers. He was a friend of the Sackville-Baggins and a shirriff of the Shire. Married to Rosamunda Chubb, he had three sons; Carambo, Colombo, and Cosimo Hornblower. On the 22nd of Sepetember, Tobias and his family were guests at Bilbo Baggins' Farewell Party.
