Koji Sarutobi is a Shinobi hailing from Konohagakure and was born into the well renown clan; Sarutobi Clan. Koji has lived up to the expectations of the Sarutobi clan and has mastered techniques ranging from Earth, to Fire, to even Lightning based techniques. Though most of his techniques where self taught by himself when he had learned of the concepts of the techniques. Such techniques where harder for him but due to Koji teaching himself he has mastered each of his techniques; such as the Earth Release Stream and even the Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration technique.
