Roran Nestina was a former Sith Lord trained by Darth Krayt. As a Sith Lord, he was known as Darth Nero. He was taken from his family at an early age by the Sith. He was trained in the ways of the dark side and was sent to assassinate any remaining Jedi. He even killed members of his own family, though he was not aware of it. He eventually learned of Krayt's deception and who his family was. He joined forces with his two remaining siblings and they attempted to defeat Krayt. They failed, but their sacrifice boosted morale and eventually helped overthrow the Sith Empire.
