Menadue was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. In 1921 PD, Admiral Menadue was in charge of a carrier group within the Tenth Fleet, which was taken to the Tillerman System for the forthcoming invastion of the Madras Sector. (HH14)
