Kaeleer (pronounced "Kah-leer"), also known as the Shadow Realm, is situated between Terreille and Hell. In Kaeleer the Blood have continued to live according to the Old Ways unlike the Blood in Terreille. The Purge Jaenelle Angelline released on all the realms killed some of the Blood in Kaeleer, mostly in the northern Territories.
