Hurricane Isaias was a Category 2 hurricane that caused moderate damage in the Carolinas. This storm marked the first use of Isaias for a tropical cyclone, after failing to be named in 2014. Isaias affected Canada as post-tropical remnant, causing minimal damage. The name Isaias was not retired this year. This system was greatly impacted by Hurricane Hanna, a category 5 hurricane.
