Nicolas Everett was a possible suspect in the latest serial killings centered around prostitute Charlotte Cook due to the fact that she had a restraining order against him. When Metro Detective Philip McCadden and NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo confronted Everett, they discovered that he had no injuries or cuts on his hands and as such, Everett was released without charge with the NCIS Major Case Response Team later discovering that Everett had actually been in court-ordered management classes at the time of the killings.
