Vittoria Daramy was a Solarian citizen and journalist. She was born on the planet El Hira, as was Xavier Conde, the popular newscaster she came to work as a producer for later in her life. At one point, she was offered a job as associate professor in journalism at New Mali Central University, but turned it down.
