The user creates a barrage of 1000 senbon-like needles from a preexisting body of water, moisture in the air, or, in the case of a skillful user, without any preexisting water source. This technique is most often used as a surprise attack, forming the needles from puddles below the opponent in order to maim or kill without a full-out fight. Once formed the needles can then be launched to strike opponents within mid-ranged distances. The user may also choose to create smaller or larger amounts of needles, allowing for nearly endless possibilities involving the use of this technique.
