The Mears residence was a house located in Sunnydale which belonged to Mrs. Mears; her son Warren Mears lived with her. Temporarily, Katrina Silber was a resident before she discovered that Warren had constructed the female robot April. After the resurrection of Buffy, the basement was the headquarters of The Trio until Willow Rosenberg used a spell to discover their location. It was presumably destroyed along with the rest of Sunnydale by following the Battle at the Hellmouth.
