The Regents Walk Development Area is recently approved new residential area that will have upscale but affordable housing, located near Widow's Perch Elementary. Trees have been removed and the land is currently in the process of being readied for the conversion into a new neighborhood. As the title of the series is a reference to this location, it is expected to play a significant role throughout the story.
