A rather strange and obscure pirate admiral, Jack the Crow owned two ships, and had little overall influence, but he had a considerable region in the Underworld where he housed his dependants. These dependants were not pirates, but simply a few men he used for dirty jobs and who kept their eyes open for him while he himself commanded his ships. He didn't really care much about trade, businesses or politics, and kept mostly to piracy.
