Colins penned a self-congratulatory puff piece in the July issue of global Gaming Business Magazine, titled "Pennsylvania Partners with The Public." The article touts the so-called "public input forums" the board held in the spring on the state's 22 slots license applicants. "For the first time in the history of regulated gaming in the United States, the public has been given an opportunity not only to acquire, first hand, the application information offered by those vying for operators' licenses, but also to have input into the selection process," Colins crowed.
