Halaberd's Reign is a unique Barbarian Helm. Halaberd's Reign can give particularly large boosts to Battle Command and/or Battle Orders, perhaps making it more useful to warcry Barbarians. It also boasts a nice bonus to life replenish, which can add up when compounded with other equipment.
