The Dragon Research and Restraint Bureau is a part of the Beast Division of the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. The Bureau is presumably responsible for all dragon-related services provided by the Ministry of Magic. Newt Scamander spent some time working with the Bureau, using the research trips abroad to further his knowledge of magical creatures.
