The Demolition Suit is a suit only for Batman and Batgirl. It is unlocked after you finishthe hero level You Can Bank on Batman. The suit allows Batman to plant 3 Bomb Canisters next to shiny, silver objects & press the detonation button. It can be upgraded to act like armor plating and it can also be upgraded to lay 6 bombs instead of 3.
