The Heartiel Brooch allows Shiny Luminous to create a barrier around herself for protection. It is a simple heart shaped broach with light yellow decorating and rose pink coloring inside with a golden heart piece in the center. It is located at the very center of the white-pink bow on Shiny Luminous' chest. Much like a typical broach.
