Wanda Raccoon is a character from PB&J Otter. She is married to Walter Raccoon and is the mother of Pinch and Scootch Raccoon. She is the post raccoon of Lake Hoohaw and it is her job to send letters. Unlike her husband Walter, Wanda works during the day, which means she doesn't always get to see much of her husband. Despite being the post raccoon and caregiver, she still has time for her family. When she is at home, she is seen wearing a dark blue apron and when she works, she is seen driving her mail boat and has a pochettes around her. Like other parents, she is very caring, but if necessary, can be strict.
