Sarah Brookes (née Sullivan) was the sister of Ted Sullivan, wife of Philip and mother to Roger Brookes. When Ted discovered he had contracted a brain tumour he refused to tell his sister. After his death he left £2,000 to Sarah, and £1,000 each to Philip and Roger.
