Joe Vega - better known as "JV" - is one of the antagonists of Need for Speed: Most Wanted. JV is the fourth Blacklist member and possesses a pearl green Dodge Viper SRT-10 with a unique stripe vinyl. Like the rest of the Blacklist, JV will be arrested by the Rockport Police Department prior to the end of the storyline.
