Faaruq was one of the Somali pirates working under Osman Xasan Muhamad during Rogue. Faaruq, along with 18 others, boarded the Barataria ship via the accommodation ladder that Simon Dedrick dropped. After they had taken control of the ship, Faaruq was on inventory duty below decks. However, he was killed by Jack Bauer who was hiding on the ship.
